Desert Roots Midwifery supports women and their families who are planning a homebirth, with the trained guidance of a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). We are qualified to provide care to healthy, low-risk clients throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. 

Our comprehensive care typically includes: monitoring the health of mother and baby during the prenatal, labor/birth, and postpartum periods, lab work, education, nutritional counseling, childbirth preparation, lactation counseling, and newborn care. In order to provide a holistic model of midwifery care, we tend to both the physiological and emotional wellness of your journey through pregnancy and postpartum.

Appointments are performed at our Desert Roots Midwifery office with the flexibility of your midwifery team coming to your home for your baby's Birth-day! We have a passion for serving rural Idaho families, located in Owyhee, Canyon, and Payette counties. We are Owner Operated and you'll find our office conveniently located in Marsing.
